Sultans of Swing Contest – Open Cup took place on the dance floor of Buff theatre.
This is a ranking competition of Russian Swing Dance Federation, and it was organized by "Tants-Class" Club under the auspices of "Buff" theatre administration.
23 couples from Moscow, Kharkov and Saint-Petersburg took part in Balboa, Boogie and Lindy competitions.
