Bernat has been teaching Lindy Hop since 1998 in Barcelona, and has also teached in several international workshops around Europe (Catalonia, Spain, France and Finland). He was part of the BarSwingOna Dance Company from its foundation (1999) till its dissolution, in 2001. He has been the main choreographer and coach of the BarcelonaJazzCats dance team form its formation until December 2004. In 2002, he got the first place in the UK Lindy Hop Championships, and with the BarcelonaJazzCats he got the 2nd place in the World Lindy Hop Championship (Team Division, Toulouse 2004). He has been the artistic director of some shows presented in the Catalan region. He is nowadays dancer and choreographer of the BarcelonaJazzCats, and he is regularly teaching Body Percussion and Lindy Hop in several dance schools of Barcelona. Laia dances Lindy Hop since 1999 and she rapidly entered the BarSwingOna Dance Company. She founded the BarcelonaJazzCats dance team, with which she won the 2nd place in the World Lindy Hop Championship (Team Division, Toulouse 2004). As a teacher, she is now regularly teaching in Barcelona and has teached in some international workshops in France and Spain. |

Fatima was born in Belgium. She's been dancing tap since her 14, re-creating the style & mastership of the old-timers from 30s. She is member of the Harlem Hot Shots group since 2002 and one of the organizers of Herrang Dance Camp. She's been in Russia many times, teaching at various workshops and camps. |

Katya Avlasevitch
Lindy Hop
Katya started her dancing career from rock'n'roll in 1991. In 2001 in Tallinn (Estonia) she has first seen Lennart Westerlund and turned her mind to swing dancing. After that she started to travel all over the world visiting different places where swing was taught. That were: Herrang Dance Camp every year since 2001 (Sweden), Barswingona in 2002 and 2004 (Spain), Montpellier in 2003 (France), Boogie and Swing in Toulouse in 2003 and 2004 (France), Catalina in 2003 (California, USA), SeaSunSwing in 2004 (France), Cultural Exchange (Los-Angeles, USA)
Since 2003 Katya is being invited at the camps already as a teacher. Her partners were Max Pitruccella (France), Tomas Blachar (France) and Vincenzo Fesi (Italy). In IV Moscow Dance Camp in June Katya tought together with Vincenzo.
Katya and Vinzenzo took the second place in European Championship in Lindy Hop 2004. None of Russian swing dancers ever had such a good result. At the Open Championship Strictly Lindy 2004 they were also the second. At World Championship in Lindy Hop 2004 (Toulouse, France) their result was the forth.
Katya is an almost universal teacher. She teaches boogie-woogie, lindy hop (Savoy original style, smooth and Hollywood styles), lindy hip hop, balboa, shag, Charleston and west cost swing. Also she teaches in College of Arts and Crafts (the chair of choreography) and in College of Physical Culture (The chair of physiotherapy, the department of choreography) in Saint Petersburg. Also she has joint project together with jazz-modern dance studio "Canon Dance".
Ksenia Semenikhina
Lindy Hop
When being a high school student Ksenia once saw on TV a competition in rock’n’roll. She liked the acrobatics and decided to try this kind of dancing some day. She managed to do this in a year when she came to Moscow dance studio “B17”. She was training there for several years and changed two dance partners. Also at this time she was much interested in hustle. And in 1994 she has won the title of “Miss Hustle” at the contest organized by dance school “Dance College”. That was the first but not the last of her victories.
First she started to dance boogie in dance studio “Tutti-Frutti”. In 1997 she came to “Tantsclass”. Next year Vladimir Ishimov became her dance partner.
Now Ksenia has a great number of students. Many of them are real fans of swing dancing who visit swing dance camps all over the world and take part in competitions. And some of them already teach boogie and lindy themselves.
Fyodor Nedotko

That is what Fedor telling about himself: "I am Nedotko Fedor. I love social dancing (almost all styles of it). I think it is the only way of dancing that suits for using dance potential of a human being. I think that couple dancing is an illustaration of realationships between man and woman and that is why it is the most natural and the most interesting way to dance. But certainly it does not exclude the need of individual training. For me jazz is not only abstract music but it is special "dancing mood" that takes me to the condition of slight emotional raise. Couple dancing + jazz = SWING DANCE. I am not an adherent of any special style of swing dancing. For me the only imortant things in dancing are: music, comfort, freedom and partnership. I am shure that swing is the most actual style of social dancing.
In the words "afro-american dance culture" the prefix "afro" also has a large meaning for me. 14-years experience of standart ballroom dancing as well as the classes of world famous teachers, gave me a good knowledge and understanding of dance mechanics. I teach myself since 1994, particulary lindy classes - since 2000. Now I started to run my own business in my own dance club in Saint Petersburg. I have many students and some of the make me feel proud.
Prices and accommodation
The camp will take place at recreation resort “Rosinka” that is situated in Moscow suburbs not far from the town of Chekhov (the place where famous writer Anton Chekhov lived) and close to the place Talezh known for it’s Saint Spring.
This time we decided to change the form of the camp we are used to and to make it look a little bit like a “pioneer camp” of the past.
There will be three types of accommodations for three different prices. The price for food, lessons and parties together is 60 Euro (for the whole camp).
The prices for accommodation:
- double or 4-people room without personal shower and toilet. Public showers and toilets are situated in the corridor next to the rooms – 25 Euros per person. (The price of the whole camp - 85 Euros)
- standard apartments for two or three persons - 50 Eurosper person. (The price of the whole camp - 110 Euros)
-a house for 9 people with 4 double rooms – 45 Euros per person. It is possible to have more than 9 persons in a house. In this case the price will be lower but for extra people we can offer just mattresses to sleep on. (The price of the whole camp 105 Euros)
- special offer for “tourists” – if you want to live in your own tent you pay only 9 Euros for the accommodation. (The price of the whole camp 69 Euros).
If you do not take the whole camp program the price for one lesson (without food or accommodation) will be 6 Euros. One party – 3 Euros.
The prices above are valid for the participants who did their registration before May 31. The price for those who have registrated later is 9 Euros more.
